Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Sehr guter und zuvorkommender Service. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Gutes Buffet am Morgen und ein toller Blick über die Stadt vom Rooftop aus. Einzig ist der Bau etwas hellhörig. Trotzdem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

位置：河內老城區，走路去環劍湖25分鐘，晚上去河內夜市轉轉挺好的，飯店也多，很方便。 衞生：乾淨整潔，每天按時打掃，屋裡總是香香的。 設施：設施齊全，該有的都有，二樓有健身房，屋頂有天台。 服務：服務人員熱情且有禮貌，還能幫忙叫出租車。 特點：屋頂有天台太爽了，喝點小酒還能看看城景，景色超美，還有個小泳池。 早餐特別好吃，麵包，蛋糕，水果，還有中餐，包括河粉，都超讚。

I’ve had the best experience staying in this hotel. Their service exceeded my expectations. From the AMAZING 😻 breakfast/lunch/dinner with so many options to all the staff members (that can speak English)who are willing to assist you with everything at anytime. The place looks absolutely as displayed on the App. The location is also great. Quiet and close to all the tourist areas in Hanoi. A special shout out to Hanh for giving me the best relaxing and soothing massage 💆🏽♀️ experience … that was good. I loved everything about it. I highly recommend this hotel and I’ll surely come back 🥰

我覺得這家飯店蠻愜意，而且具有高性價比 頂樓有個小泳池（其實不算泳池、頂多是大浴缸 還有一個頂樓酒吧，但光是這兩項公設，就讓我渡過了個愉快的夜晚！ 早餐的餐廳也非常不錯，以當地品質來說非常好， 也好吃選項豐富 唯一的缺點就是如果選無窗的房型，會比較壓迫， 這點要特別注意！ 最後是酒店位置、距離市中心都有段距離，基本上很難走到都要搭車，附近只距離歐巴馬河粉店近而言。

Good hotel in a good location. The hotel rooms are in major room of refurbishing - my shower and sink both flooded the bathroom every time they were used and it looked like it had tried to be repaired many times before. The hotel is older than it appears in the photos. The staff were amazing though and went above and beyond.
